Thomas A. Prendergast is Vice-President and Manager of Surveying for Hyland Design Group. A graduate of Villanova University, he is a licensed New Jersey Land Surveyor with over 20 years of surveying experience. Mr. Prendergast is responsible for all aspects of Land Surveying services provided by Hyland Design Group.
